Shipping & Returns

Returns:

• We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for assistance at contact@allaboutyoga.com.

 

Exchanges:

• If you received a defective or damaged item, we will happily exchange it for a new one.

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request an exchange.

• We may require photo evidence of the defect or damage before issuing a replacement.

 

Shipping:

• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $35 in United States. For orders under $35 there is $4.95 standard shipping fee. Orders may ship in multiple packages. 

• Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

• We ship all the items within 2 business days of receiving an order.

• You should expect to receive your items within 7 - 10 business days.
